The hotel is situated across from a shopping plaza with all amenities but lacks proper housekeeping in the room. The location is convenient for accessing the Mayo Clinic and has a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located in the Desert Ridge area, just off the 101 highway, making it easily accessible to various shopping areas. The rooms were comfortable, but cleanliness wasn't up to par. The service was lacking despite some thoughtful amenities. The hotel's dining experience, though basic, included complimentary soup. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in cleanliness and service.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is right across from a shopping plaza that had everything I needed and close to many shops, restaurants, and even the Mayo clinic. Being just off the 101 made everything easily accessible. On the downside, the room was never cleaned by housekeeping, and the mirror in the bathroom needed attention.
